According to Webster's Dictionary, the meaning of the word success is:
The degree or measure of succeeding, a favorable or desired outcome, the attainment of wealth, favor or eminence, and finally, RESULT.

Achieving success yields self-confidence, assurance, a sense of well-being, and the ability to contribute to your own life, your family, and even your society at an exceptional level. With success, you, your aspirations, and your dreams continue to exist.

So now it's time for the biggest question, how do you (yes, you!) achieve success? How do you reach your goals? How do you build the cash flow rental business that you have dreamed of?

Continue reading to find out how YOU can reach up and grab the stars, biting into your taste of success.

1. Positive Attitude

Success starts with a positive attitude and believing in yourself; believing beyond a doubt that you can achieve your goals. Believing that you can have a rental business and freedom at the same time. Believing that you can secure your financial future!

Is your glass half empty or half full? How do you view the world around you?

When you think positivity, you don't ignore the less pleasant aspects of life. Positive thinking simply means approaching unpleasantness more positively and constructively.

The first step to positive thinking is to talk positively to yourself.

Self-talk is a continuous stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head.

You can think positive or negative thoughts automatically. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason.

Your self-talk may also be motivated by misconceptions created by a lack of information or expectations formed from preconceived notions.

Pessimistic thinking leads to a pessimistic outlook on life. Positive thinkers are generally optimists - people who practice positive thinking.

Embrace yourself with gentleness and encouragement. If you have a negative thought, evaluate it rationally and respond with affirmations of what you are good at. Take a moment to reflect on the things you're grateful for.

In the end, positive thinking is not only GOOD FOR YOU but also for those around you. It manifests opportunities and attracts the positives in the world.

2. Visualization

Visualization can be divided into two types:

  1. 1
    Visualizing the desired endpoint, and
  2. 2
Process visualization: envisioning each step toward the desired outcome. With visualization, you can set the parameters to make your future vision a reality.

You can use visualization to focus on, and work toward, your future ideal state. With creative visualization, you direct your brain to focus on what matters most to you.

Describe what you want in detail, engaging all five senses. Your vision will become more palpable as you include more sensory images. As a result, you will be more motivated to follow through and achieve the outcome.

Keep adding details until you feel as if you are living the experience.

Imagine the emotion associated with the outcome. The more you visualize yourself achieving the goal, the more likely you are to believe you can. As a result, you will be more likely to take action.

Every day, take action toward your desired outcome. There will inevitably be setbacks. Consider how you will handle the setbacks as they arise and keep moving forward.

Consider your visualization carefully. You are most likely to benefit from it in the early morning and just before bedtime. Spend a total of 10 minutes visualizing twice a day. If you do this, the subconscious will be engaged in your focused effort toward your goal.

At the end of the day, consider this your blueprint for success. Consider each step you need to take to reach your goals. With visualization, you can make better decisions and achieve your goals.

Consistent visualization will bring you one more step closer to achieving your success.

3. Organization

Clutter is linked to decreased mental, emotional, and even physical health in an overwhelming - and growing - body of research.

When you are less organized, you spend more time hunting and searching for things in frustration, which can lead to stress. Lack of organization can also cause you to be constantly late and miss important deadlines, which can cause significant stress and demotivate you.

Mental, emotional, and physical health are also profoundly affected by stress.

Set Realistic Goals!

Setting impossible or unmanageable goals is the fastest way to derail your efforts. Indeed, there is a time and place for setting big, challenging, audacious goals, but they are usually best set after gaining some progress.

If you have a bit of packrat syndrome, try to get rid of one item at a time when you are ready to tackle the mess instead of cleaning it all at once! So, it's okay to take your time!

The more overwhelmed you feel, the more critical it is to make your first goal a small, realistic, manageable goal.

Let Technology Help You

Utilizing the right technology can streamline getting and staying significantly organized, from automating several personal tasks to setting up appointments and reminders.

It is also possible to quickly transfer information between apps. An example would be to have your digital assistant schedule an appointment based on an address in your contacts and remind you a few hours in advance.

At that same time, it can even check traffic conditions and give you an estimate of how long it will take to get there.

Fortunately, most phones, tablets, and laptops have the programs you need to stay organized. A digital assistant is usually included as well, making them even more helpful.

Know Yourself

Trying to use a method of organization that doesn't work for you can also quickly derail your progress. Some people feel most confident when their planners and schedules are tightly organized, while others feel overwhelmed.

If you love having a detailed schedule and plan, leave time for the unexpected. Some of the most successful people plan downtime into their day or leave standing holes in their schedules to deal with the tasks that might come up.

With a plan, you will get where you want to go. The goal is where you want to go, and the plan is how to get there. The bigger the goal is you will need a more detailed plan for achieving that goal.

Although you can reach almost anywhere if you set your mind to it, the longest journey can take thousands of steps.

The first step is still at the beginning.

4. Persistence

Success isn't an overnight endeavor—it takes time and dedication to get where you want to be. If there's any quality that successful people have in common, it's a stubborn determination known as persistence. Without persistence, even the most ambitious goals can seem far out of reach.

The difference between a successful outcome and a failed one depends on persistence. Persistence is the ability to continue doing something even when it is difficult or when others oppose it.

Failure is the best teacher, and for those who stick with it through thick and thin, persistence gives experience like no other. Even when things seem challenging or discouraging - embrace each obstacle as an opportunity to become more resilient than before!

To accomplish great things, one must be persistent in making progress. If your goals are not achieved today, tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year – persist because being persistent will pay off after a while. The payoff comes when you refuse to give up.

Be confident in your work that you WILL achieve what you want. Those who strive for success will succeed.

5. Creativity

We are creative beings. We are all born creative, so it's a tool we can use immediately. There is no need to buy, earn, or study this. Creativity is the process of creating. In this process, what exactly happens?

Connecting existing ideas to create new ones is the creative process. The realization of relationships between two concepts allows them to be joined.

A process usually occurs when creating anything, whether that would be a new rental property business, a book, or a design. Using these steps can also help you explore creativity.

✨Preparation

Gathering research or materials, selecting a focus, or identifying problems can all be part of this process.

✨Incubating

In this step, you take the materials from step one and mull them over, analyze them, and work them through in your mind.

✨Stepping away

In most cases, a light bulb occurs subconsciously, so it is best to step back at this point and let your brain do its work.

✨Testing

Once the concept has appeared, write it all down, get it all out, and get to work! Make sure it works, whether possible, aesthetic, or valuable. Refine your work using critical thinking.

We must rethink outdated processes, introduce new methods, and push boundaries. The best tool for overcoming hardships is creativity.
